I think some businesses could afford to offer true 24/7 support if they hadn't spent so much money on eye candy. I can build a very nice 1U server for $2000. I'll continue to use the old folding tables and plastic shelves for office furniture and put more servers into good data centers for the time being. I go after the market that is more impressed with reliability and good service.
