There was short discussion before about caller id solutions and I
thought I would share some links with you guys...
http://www.generationd.com/ smartCID - Open Source script that uses
411.com for real time lookups. Strictly against the 411.com tos.
http://yakko.cs.wmich.edu/~drclaw/asterisk/cidname/ This is
interesting but only will get you the NANPA information.
The following are two commercial CNAM solutions that you should be able
to utilize in asterisk...

http://www.interconnection.bellsouth.com/products_and_services/access/intelligent_network_services/CNAM.html
