Hardware based IP-PBX system? I think it's hard to find true hard PBX
nowadays. Almost every major vendor has shifted to PC/Linux. Avaya,
Alcatel, Cisco and Nortel (Vxworks not Linux) are now all PC based. If
the OP really wants a 'hard' PC-based PBX, get the Alcatel rackmounted
models. Nice and cheap :).
