Title: Moshe Maeir
I am not sure if this is what Peter means
But what we need is the ability to send a call from a SIP account to a SIP address on your server
which will then send it out to the Skype client. It should be simple and transparent for the SIP client. So if the the skype ID is moshe -
I would send the call to  sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]. You would send the call on to the skype client.

You could charge per channel/month. Much more attractive than paying $99 a channel and managing our own server.

Here is a better service to provide rather than your chanSkype driver

SIP to Skype. Make it cheap, like $3-5/month. Allow me to log into a
website and let me make and receive calls via Skype via your service,
via
  SIP.

That's when I would buy. You seem to be an expert at running multiple
instances of Windows via VMware or something else, why not do it for
lots
  and lots of people?
