You are right in many cases. There are so many factors such as the number of people, their availability, workload, average task duration, etc. that drive a company to seek a better path.
I might run into a family business that is doing just fine with a cell phone, a pair of 2-way radios and some chalkboards. In that case I'm happy to tell them what might be needed in the future and leave them my contact information. shadowym wrote: > I always thought a simple message board would work well for this but > what do I know. > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > *From:* Dovid Bender [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > *Sent:* Tuesday, January 09, 2007 8:44 AM > *To:* [email protected] > *Subject:* [asterisk-biz] OT: Client Management > > Hello List, > Does anyone know of a web based software that I can keep track of work > done for clients (where I can add notes etc).
