/ It is free. If you don't intend to use the pre-paid $10 for PSTN
calling, we will refund the signup amount immediately without question.
/ The reason it is there is we are so busy, we don't have time to change
the signup page right now.
If you are to busy update your site and remove a $10.00 fee thats now not
needed.
What do you think that statement makes me think about your customer service.
Will you have the time to deal with customers.
I just had to ask this. :-)

It is completely free. If you want to make calls to and from the
PSTN, you need to have money in a pre-paid account with us. If you
don't want to place or receive any pstn calls, we will give your money
back immediately.

Quoting Robert Wolpov <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:
It is free. The $10 signup is a holdover from when we were selling
ONLY gateway service. If you sign up and really don't want to use
any of the pre-paid credits for PSTN calling, we can give you a
refund of the $10 whenever you like.
In fact, if you sign up and want to cancel the credit card charge
right away, feel free to email me and I will cancel the charge and
remove the prepaid credit from your account before it appears on
your cc bill.

I tried to register for the "free" virtual PBX but the web site
needed minimum of $10 payment and required credit card info. I
thought it was really FREE to try it out!

A few
highlights:
-Unlimited SIP addresses in a private domain
-Unlimited SIP to SIP calls
-Unlimited extension dialing
-Free click to dial on your website
Pay per use for dids, PSTN calls, auto-attendants, groups, etc.
