Well sounds like a good approach, but few more things that needs to be
provided are :
How many Customers ?
What is the cash inflow pattern ?
Any debts etc ? Valid reason to quit a profitable business :D
So write to him like he asked, if you meet his criteria. It's a bit
much to expect him to post stuff like that here just for the curious.
