I am sure they work "perfectly" but that is not the question.
The question is, if this is based on the original Open Source Tormenta
II board (Zapata Telephony Project), then shouldn't the design
schematics should also be available. Where can I download them? If I
buy a card, can I request or demand the schematics?
If it is not based on the Tormenta II board, then the name is misleading
to say the least since it implies that is part of the Open Source project.
Thanks,
Steve Totaro

Hello,
Varion Card's works perfectly with *
They use a non included module on the
original zaptel distribution.
So , you need to download and follow
the same procedure from zaptel cards.
You can get the driver's at :

I noticed that www.govarion.com has "Tormenta III" card for sale at what
looks like a pretty decent price.
These cards are modified versions of the original design. They support 3.3
and 5v PCI and according the the web site they will not work with the
tor2 driver. They don't provide a download link though they should. they
should also provide design specs on request.
