Wow, I have had nothing but excellent service from VoIPSupply. One of my orders got screwed up in shipping by FEDEX Ground, but they confirmed that it hadn't arrived at our shop and they FedEx'd replacements with two days. In my book that is pretty good services.

Just my two cents.
