I know it started to sound like vaporwere, but here it finally is:

Main changes are:
In the free version:
- More intuitive configuration panel
- New core (written from scratch) will provide better audio quality for
the people who had issues before.
- SIP & STUN support (we only supported IAX before)
- better echo canceller than before (but still trying to improve it)
- new GUI (showing more info)
- codecs, stun settings can be done per account
The BIZ version also has some new features such as:
- native conferencing (you no longer need to rely on asterisk and could
do conferencing between several servers / protocols), g729,
- improved API (you can acces every phone function through javascript,
.NET etc to integrate it with your own applications)
- automatic provisioning
It should be already very very stable, but if you get it to misbehave
