We have developed a presence system for desk bound employees.... use the DND button + CLID to set your availability state / decide who you want to communicate with.
I'd detail this system further however we are concerned that it could already be under patent from Verizon - our legal team is looking to this further :) BTW .. When I call the head of wholesale at Verizon it seems to always go to voicemail so I can only assume they have yet to refine their systems!
