I have clients paying as much as $850 and as little is $380 in the
midwest for a PRI.

A virtual PRI is a company that resells channels off of a large pipe
via SIP to the customer. There is also TDMoIP and TDMoE that can
allow raw use of a PRI from remote locations.

We were recently quoted $350 plus a loop charge. I've heard of prices
as low as 280. But the transport is what can really get you.
