Paraphrasing: "the cost of hardware echocanceling we provide is sometimes out of the cost range of smaller systems". Really? I think it was maybe a couple hundred dollars more for some pretty decent stuff.

Sangoma issued a press announcement today saying that you can now get 6 free software echo cancellation licenses for free on new A200 cards. I spoke with Sangoma about it and they indicated this will be a new card because the license verification will be built into the hardware/firmware I guess. The software supposedly uses about 30Mhz per channel which isn't a heck of a lot at all.
