Hi All,

I have a good size project available for an Asterisk System Integrator
that can meet the following requirements;

* Must have experience deploying Asterisk ACD with remote agents.
* Must have experience deploying Asterisk power/predictive
outbound dialing capability (preferable experience in delivering these
calls with remote agents though not essential).
* Must have experience integrating reporting into existing
management and crm platforms
* The client is looking for a hosted solution so access to USA
ITSP to handle termination of inbound 800 traffic and outbound sales
calls required.
* Previous experience with Mexuar Corraleta (www.Mexuar.com
<http://www.mexuar.com/> ) not required but will be part of this project
so go read up at http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Mexuar

Not required but will be taken into consideration is local presence in
Missouri as this is where the clients head office is located but more
weighting will be given to experience and price than locality.

The background of the project is this;

* A large USA based financial services company is looking to
deploy Asterisk to supplement their existing Lucent and Nortel call
centers.
* Currently their agents are located within HQ offices and they
are looking to move to a more remote agent configuration (eg
subcontractors working from branch office or home office).
* They have existing telephony and management platforms that must
be integrated into this solution but the strategy is to move to a more
efficient solution using Asterisk over time.

Inbound Call Configuration;

* Calls will be made via 1800 numbers countrywide initiated by
various forms of advertising.
* Calls will be routed to hosted Asterisk servers you are required
to install and host.
* CLI is to be captured (or if not captured sub-routine of IVR
asking for zip code)
* CLI (or zip code) is to be compared against a list of agents
logged into the platform and available for calls.
* Call delivered to agent and call information integrated into
agents crm platform for later reporting.

Agent login and availability;

Agents will be logging in from branch office or home and using the
Mexuar Corraleta java soft phone to receive calls. So you'll be required
to provide the following solution.

* Provide a hosted website solution that provides a front end
login page for agents to register they are available for calls.
* Integration into existing agent password/username database.
(will required access to physical address information as per below)
* Agent portal may also have some type of message or information
requirement eg. area sales manager passing along information about new
terms etc TBD
* Corraleta will log into ACD and register agents available for
calls (will probably need to provide some form of management reporting
such as number of hours spent logged in/any missed calls etc).
* Corraleta is a html based java softphone with full 'look and
feel' api configuration - so some type of branding will definitely be
required but may also require some type of same page existing crm
integration
        eg. the softphone display may be on the left hand side of the
screen but data entry on the right side etc.
        The delivery of calls and capture of information on this web
page is a large portion of the project so experience in this space will
be required. Innovative solutions using for presentation of information
from existing sources into this 'web portal' is of high importance as
this is seen as a portal to move the client forward into a competitive
position in the finance industry. eg ajax and adhearsion experience here
to present different source information valued.

ACD Call delivery selection;

The client wants to deliver calls on a geographical basis to the nearest
available agent who is logged in and available for calls. This is seen
as a motivating factor in agents being available for longer (any calls
delivered but not answered is important to report against).

So if I'm logged on to receive calls here in Manhattan and a CLI is
presented in the 212 area code I would receive the calls instead of an
agent located in New Jersey.

* Call delivery will need to take CLI (or ZIP code) information of
the prospect and compare this against the database of available agents.
* Nearest available agent will be calculated and call delivered to
their Corraleta softphone
* Non answered calls need to be monitored and actioned against
(reports to manager and dropping agent out of acd for future calls etc)
* Delivery to next available agent etc if failover etc.
* Real time monitoring presented to Area supervisor eg web display
showing agents in their area logged on/currently engaged in calls (maybe
even mapped display of agents not logged in but last known address etc).

This project will most likely be delivered in various stages so
experience in implementing staged functionality and well documented
solutions MUST be provided for handover to in house techs. Ongoing
development and support will be expected as part of your proposal.

There is already a Stage 2 requirement for outbound calls in the works;

* Area supervisor loads a list of potential prospects into an
outbound call management platform.
* Nearest available agent is allocated call.
*       Call placed to prospect.
* Appropriate CRM information provided to agent
* Reporting on outcomes and interface for agent to report on not
available/answering machine/suggested time for followup etc
* Outbound call re-allocated to list for future selection.

If you feel you have the experience to implement this solution please
get in touch with me in via email with particulars.

Please understand apart from being a vendor of the Mexuar Corraleta SDK
we wont be involved in this project. You will be the lead contractor and
dealing directly with the customer, we are just acting as an advisor and
vendor in the initial stages.

Also for this project we are going to make available 30 day trial
licenses of the Mexuar Corraleta SDK, so if you are interested in this
project email me with your company name, address, phone number and the
IP address of your test asterisk server so I can cut you a test version
of the SDK license so you can build proof of concepts for presentation
to the client to demonstrate your capabilities when tendering your
solution.

If you feel I haven't covered something and have a question email me or
call me here in New York 8am-8pm est on +1-212-203-4357 (or even better
