We've been using Got-Name for about six months in conjunction with a
locally maintained CID database. Works great.
Have you noticed that when Got-Name is down, you don't get incoming
calls? The AGI failure leads to the call aborting. You can test this
by inputing a different password or port into your extensions.conf line
where you call Got-Name, then call your DID and see how it fails.
