The following question concerns legal matters about
Canada.
I know the question should be asked to CRTC, but most
of you probably passed through the same bureaucracy.
I want to offer Canadian DIDs, VoIP and telephone
services in my area.
What is exactly happening with the CRTC?
I have found their registation links and already wrote
them, but I would like to find out what is happening
afterwards...WHO is "giving" the numbers? What is
happening exactly with the 911 service?
Any response would be appreciated...
