Yes this works fine, set the extension to record in or outbound calls
(or both) this will record all the calls and they can be retrieved in the ARI recording Application. To record add-hock set the extension to record "on demand" and start recording by pressing *1 during the call (make sure this doesn't conflict with any other feature) ie.
