I totally agree that this is not funny. Rehan probably sent cc to this list
to push the guys fix it fast and listen more to their customers.

I think its better to keep person anger off the public list at least.
But its not anger, it humour. Besides, if Rehan didn't want to be made fun
of, he wouldn't cc a clueless email to vendor to the list. I don't see
anyone else doing this.
I take it that ridiculing someone fits your definition of humor. Do I
understand, or is there some other element you should explain? Because I'm
not getting the joke.
