Where do you want to send your minutes *from*? This is almost as important 
as where you want to send them to. If you are based in the Americas it would 
clearly make sense to use one of the US based providers who have already 
replied - however, if for example you are in Europe, a company such as 
ourselves ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) might be a better option as we 
switch onto Tier 1 TDM routes from the heart of London - reducing hops & 
latency.
