Thanks Steve We have a copy of Switchvox SMB from mid 2005 and decided purchase the $499 support package which gives us upgrades to the current unlimited edition.
The original copy was purchased solely for assessment, and never deployed, whereas this upgrade is hoped to be sufficient to deploy with to a customer. I'll let you know how we go. For quite so many integrated features our pricing is reasonable. I understand you make no disagreement there. Possibly though for this customer the answer would be fewer of the features they request and to start with our business package with queues. When later they are ready to invest full a simple upgrade can be peformed. Please contact us offline.
