Hi, My post was just to remind prospective buyers that in some cases, there are domains containing trademarks for sale that will end up causing trouble - for them, not the person they purchase the domain from. The average person on this list would not want to get into legal fights. We all know it isn't a question of winning but of defending.
If no trademark words appear, then there's obviously no problem. If otherwise I'd still recommend (to a domain buyer) erring on the side of caution, because once you set up shop somewhere with a domain name, it can be a detriment to change it. Amusingly, there is a google text ad to the right of the page at the moment called "trademark infringement" offering, whether you want to sue or are being sued, help with it :) _______________________________________________ --Bandwidth and Colocation Provided by http://www.api-digital.com-- asterisk-biz mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-biz
