I finally received my Grandstream 2010's after months and months of waiting. Anyway, these are pretty nice phones and my customers should be happy. If anyone else is planning on using them, www.telephonydepot.com has them in stock and is shipping.
Overall, 4 line phone, 18 programmable buttons, nice backlit lcd, and when the side car comes, expansion.
