My customers ask me questions, I honestly answer them.  The full duplex vs. 
half duplex debate is a non-issue.  Show me where\when it has made a 
difference on a link of sufficient capacity if it was half or full duplex.

My wireless system is a MOS of 4.0.  I didn't think to record the QoS when I 
was on that network.

Comcast's MOS is 3.5.  The QoS is 36%.

I have several VoIP customers and their call quality often exceeds that of 
their cell phones.  I'm not sure what more you want.
