Anyone have the files needed to be placed on the tftp server for a Cisco
7960? We have standardized on Polycom handsets for our hosted PBX solution,
but we have a client that already has 7960s. The client isn't against
punting the 7960s for IP650s, but until they decide we'd like to get their
7960s up and running.

We used to have a cisco.sh script that would create Cisco configurations for
us as well, but lost it. If anyone recognizes the script that I'm talking
about please contact me!

Thanks,

Brad

Subject: Re: [asterisk-biz] Sip phones for call centers

Polycom phones, e.g. the 601s we use, have an RJ11 headset jack and
you can write custom mini-web sites that the phone can access for
various call center related activities. They are very good phones.
They are also easy to provision via DHCP & FTP.
