Hi List, There is sad news about a death yesterday because a VoIP provider failed to connect a 9-1-1 call to the caller's local dispatch centre. I just wanted to put a reminder out there that it isn't expensive to make sure your Canadian VoIP service is complying with the current CRTC requirements by allowing your customers to reach help when they need it the most.
