They guy who wrote Telecom for Dummies (which thinks that PBX stands for Post Branch Exchange) and cowrote Asterisk for Dummies (which has some similar grade-1 screwup in the first 2 chapters) works for them, if I read his bio right. I don't know if that should be held to reflect on the company or not, but there were *so* many dumb, obvious errors in the telecom book that I don't know whether to trust the stuff he said about things I *don't* know anything about.
