[asterisk-biz] Who can add a feature to Asterisk, libpri ($)?

Hello, we are looking for a developer who can add a feature to asterisk for us. We are using Asterisk and Sangoma cards and we want to set the "keypad facility" in the ISDN SETUP message (DSS1) dynamically in the dial plan (e.g. with the dial command). I've learned that a change in Asterisk and libpri is required for this.
