I completely agree with you, no need to publish your contact information to
every Tom Dick and Harry. Serious buyer will follow the "How to contact"
procedure on your website.  And phone support mean nothing if the person
taking calls cant to fix the problem right away. It just make thing more
expansive for the company and finally to the end users,
