Can anyone make a recommendation for DID provider in Vienna, Austria and Paris, France? I know some countries (like Germany) disallow terrestrial DID's for non-citizens. Ideally we would want something with lower monthly costs but with per-minute on inbound billing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
