Just a dump question buy why not deploy something like a TNT or other DS3 SIP -> TDM... Then you can peal out T1s for PSTN interconnections if required and peal out something to hang normal channel banks, and take advantage of offloading all the dsp work and interupt load onto something that's actually designed to do such a thing?
