No idea, but when I tested didx' alternate ring to it worked.

It does however take 40+ seconds before it kicks in for chanunavail / 
congestion.

Also by default the interface is set to configure the Not Answered case 
which isn't great.

When I need failover I usually set up Congested and Chanunavail as both 
can be indicators of a down server.
