I was wondering if anyone can tell where to find out more information about
'Toll Free' and '0+' dialing per call compensation available to lodging and
hospitality industry. I believe it's requires special dialout trunks at the
establishment similar to payphone lines. I read about this in the past, but
Google has failed to find more info.
