I am still looking for a local voice messaging service in Sri Lanka &
Philippines or cheap SIP termination to those two countries. About 200,000
opt-in 2 minute length messages per month (400,000+ minutes) per country. Voice
broadcasting service needs to provide a system that can interface with our US
based messaging platform such as through API or other means.
