I appreciate DIDX for the fact that it carries DIDs from almost all over the world, so as far as choice is concerned everything seems wonderful. So I don't even understand the fact that a Colombia vendor offers 50.000 minutes free. What if they are free? He is anyway compensated by whoever sends the traffic!
