Seriously at the end of the day you are just buying
hardware/software....the domain doesn't really add much value.

  Yeah, still clear, still not really selling the business.  The brand
isn't
  useful unless there is traffic and people searching for it and new
  customers become the new owners customers, whereas the existing
customers

  different.

  If you are selling a billing platform and a switch, the domain/website
