I'm looking for a reliable provider of metered Canada DIDs. Low quantity,
low volume. Can't promise that it will ever grow much.
My criteria (all dollar amounts USD):
1. Metered, $0.005-$0.012/minute
2. Setup fee $0.00-$1.00
3. MRC $0.25-$1.75
4. API available for automated ordering
I know about:
* les.net (fees too high, no API)
* Vitelity (MRC too high)
* dialdigit (setup fee too high)
* DIDww (not metered)
* DIDforsale (no canada)
* Bandwidth.com (no canada)
* Flowroute (no canada)
* DIDx (no metered)
