And what happens when the ITSP you want to port into initiates port requests for these? The way it's supposed to work is that the order cascades into the receiving ITSP's underlying origination carrier and they submit the request to the underlying carrier of the donor ITSP via the usual LOA/CSR/LSR/FOC process. That underlying carrier then confirms the port order with Voxbone. You shouldn't have to deal with Voxbone directly to make this happen. Who is getting stonewalled where? The FCC's last LNP clarification was quite explicit in point of the fact that ITSPs (and not merely LECs) cannot obstruct port-outs, even when there are balances due. -- Alex Balashov - Principal Evariste Systems LLC Tel : +1 678-954-0670 Direct : +1 678-954-0671 Web : http://www.evaristesys.com/ -- _____________________________________________________________________ -- Bandwidth and Colocation Provided by http://www.api-digital.com -- asterisk-biz mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-biz
