I am sure these guys doing better business despite of whatever English skills they have and Alex is just wasting his time (which he has a lot, as his long articles/lectures/emails show) lecturing others on how and what to speak on this list. If grammar and English were the skills to run successful VoIP business, Alex wouldn'd have time for this list.
