I've decided I'm not as smart as I once thought. I'm looking to hire someone (preferably a company with multiple workers) to design our VoIP routing system. The main thing I want to accomplish is load balancing of our NPA/NXX, NPA/NXX/X, and +1 providers but then at the same time I wouldn't mind a little bit of LCR in there as well. The main thing I don't want to do is send 100% of my traffic to any one provider in an NPA/NXX/X area. But at the same time I don't want to evenly split all traffic between providers if I don't need too. Not sure at all if this 2nd part can be done, but luckily it's a secondary requirement and not the main requirement. Also very important is that there is failover if the initial provider returns any error codes. Does anyone on this list do this type of work? Or can someone recommend someone or a team to do this? Looking to pick a vendor by the end of business today for this project.
