We seem to have a problem getting DTMF to work on a SIP to SIP call (so
SIP/2000 to SIP/2001 for example).

We have tried to enable Attended Transfer, Blind Transfer etc in features.conf
and then setting the DYNAMIC_FEATURES in globals and also using Set before the
Dial. We have also made sure tT is getting sent to the Dial() call.

DTMF does work on applications like VoiceMail and Directory so I'm thinking
that rules the problem being with the phones?
