The only other issue is some banks still require that you physically
go to the branch to send wire or ACH, because their online interface
does not provide this functionality for policy or technical reasons.
My bank is ghetto like that.

In addition if to go deeper Paypal or Credit Card fee's in many
cases can't cover the wholesale margins...
This is true that many banks charges for incoming wires.. some times
you can see a charge on your account for example at Citibank for
incoming wires that could easy equable to a mortgage payment, on
other hand Chase charges every time after receive a wire.
But bank transfers eliminates a risk of been burned on the charge-
backs after traffic been sold.
