Derek, I do have a few route options for you. If you can use a blended 80% RBOC/Wireless(on net) route, I have one for .0065/minute. If you are willing to accept a rate deck billed by npa/nxx, I have 2 decks with different quality levels, one at 60% asr, one at 85%+asr. I also have 1/1 billing increments available.
