Hello, Would anyone who recently dealt with Avaya or other propriety call centers please post the license price list per agent or per 10 agents? I would be interested to know both hardware and software license cost.
Please note that I am not interested to buy those and only want to know what they cost so that it can be brought up to client's attention when an Asterisk call center is pitched at them. Thanks
