Hi All, Some months ago we posted an open invitation to our beta of Humbug Analytics, and I thought I would share some of our progress since, as this may be relevant to many of you. A few days ago we released Humbug Analytics v 0.3 "Falcon" - the latest upgrade to our free telecom analytics suite. The release includes major improvements to analytical visualizations and reports, GUI, as well as back-end infrastructure and capacity, which is now crunching the massive amounts of data which we deal with at phenomenal speeds. Throughout the course of our beta we have had the opportunity to get valuable feedback, both from our users, as well as from other members of industry, including participants at AstriCON which we presented at, and from our peers at the Communications Fraud Control Association (CFCA). This free analytics service has being adopted and used by organizations of all types and sizes ranging from small SoHo businesses with few extensions, to ITSPs and content providers, who amongst other things, use the service to aggregate reports from PBXs in multiple sites. In the coming weeks we will begin introducing a series of alerts, including threshold alerts, blacklist alerts, premium number alerts, and many more -- with the aim of giving the average PBX manager the power and tools to combat telephony fraud. If you haven't already started using Humbug we would like to take this opportunity to invite you in. visit us at: http://www.humbuglabs.org Please contact us with any feedback or support queries, Sincerely, Boaz Humbug Telecom Labs, Ltd. |
