Hi You can use the Normal PRI ( from airtel or reliance ) with the asterisk using digium pri cards. The airtel or reliance is providing the tollfree no and pointing to your DID number .
so using the asteirsk pbx you can route the calls to your sip extensions at any location. i hope receiving call from the PSTN to the sip is legal in india, but making outgoing calls via SIP from another location ( ie from another state or country is illegal).
