We have a customer that asked us to develop a tool that could detect if
certain ringing tone is present in recorded audio. This looks like a part of
call progress analysis (CPA) functionality, and we are very curious is there
a big need in such tool, or it's a quite unique case. The idea is simple:
tool.exe audio.wav
and as result the tool says: Ringing tone #1 is present
or something like that.
