It's a judgment call, and there's no clear answer.
I don't think the fact that the message bodies technically had minor
differences is necessarily a valid defense, though. Posting the same
template over and over and substituting a few tokens with unique values
can still constitute spam, in a commonsensical sort of way.
Whether it does in a given scenario is a matter for debate.
