If you really need that many DIDs - then you might as well go to a top level
provider.

 

BroadVox comes to mind.

 

For that many DIDs you might even be able to work out a Verizon / Global
Crossing deal.

We are currently using PRIs to provide hosted IVR services and are
considering changing to SIP.

 

Our current vendor is reliable and very cost-competitive.

 

I am interested in finding the best vendor for this scenario:

 

100+ DIDs in each of several US markets (current total about 3,000 DIDs).

One "channel" for each 100 DIDs.

 

Also have 300 toll-free numbers that may be ported to new vendor.

 

Note that the number of minutes per DID/TF is very low.

 

Reliability and customer service is important.
