Look at it this way: there are a zillion resellers of resellers of
resellers who offer a route to some destination but it's usually not
very difficult to find a reputable wholesale carrier who will actually
use their company email and add contact details when making an offer.
You try to do business from a gmail address and googling for
"Talkingvoice" comes up pretty empty. Good luck with that!
