The following are kosher numbers and are meant specifically for wireless: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telephone_numbers_in_Israel#Kosher_numbers They are used in a lot of ways, specifically some ultra orthodox will not call another ultra orthodox on a non kosher wireless number.
